Kids Yoga Classes
We offer kids yoga classes and workshops in age appropriate formats (kids of all ages), including beginner, intermediate, and advanced yoga poses (asana), breathing and breath work (prana), meditation, and mindfulness. Our classes are engaging, fun, and playful, while honoring the practice of yoga. We incorporate themes and stories to make our kids yoga approachable and interesting.
Classes are mixed age with a range to accommodate ability and development. Our yoga classes are around 45 minutes in length, depending upon format and age, and do not require previous yoga experience.

We love leveraging our existing classes or developing something creative and new by partnering with local schools, studios, organizations, events, and more. Yoga and mindfulness bring vast benefits, including focus, strength, balance, confidence, fun, and social emotional learning (SEL).
We bring our yoga curriculum to your program and tailor it to your needs, providing creative options to align with many themes.
