Founder
With 20 years of practicing yoga under her belt and studying Classical Ashtanga Yoga at Mount Madonna Yoga School in the beautiful Santa Cruz Mountains, Katherine received her Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) 200. She went on to teach in yoga studios, tech companies, and schools in the Bay Area. The most inspiring and impactful experience has been teaching yoga at her children’s preschool. Having spent a lot of time finding the right school and researching and rushing to countless kids activities and classes, she recognized yoga as having one of the biggest positive impacts on her children and their friends — helping with inner calm, bolstering respectful relationships, increasing classroom focus and learning, and building self confidence and discipline. The tools learned through kids yoga and mindfulness are invaluable to early childhood development.
